Subscriber FAQ

This FAQ pertains to Total Mixology and Total Tiki Online subscriptions

Is there a mobile app for Total Mixology or Total Tiki Online?

Total Mixology or Total Tiki Online are web-only and there’s no denying their data-rich designs shine brightest on personal computers and tablet screens. There may be a native mobile app some day, but not soon. Meanwhile, most features work fine on cell phones, and we will work to make it as good as possible.

Does Total Mixology or Total Tiki Online sync with the apps for iPhone and iPad?

To a limited extent, yes. You can link account for Total Mixology and Total Tiki Online to your MixologyTech Sync service account (they are separate things) and middleware will keep your inventory in sync across everything.

Why no star rating system for recipes or ingredients?

We use likes/dislikes, instead, for various reasons. Likes and dislikes are cumulative, and can include your annotations, making them more useful to you than some vague rating system. Moreover, we can aggregate likes and dislikes and use that information to indicate to you the relative popularity of curated recipes across all the subscribers.

How do I change my subscription payment method?
Log into Total Mixology or Total Tiki Online and access the Account & Subscription page from the main menu, and then choose the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button to link to Stripe. You will find settings there to add and remove payment methods.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into Total Mixology or Total Tiki Online and access the Account & Subscription page from the main menu, and then choose the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button to link to Stripe. Therein, choose the Cancel Plan option. If you complete the cancelation process, your plan will simply not renew at the next billing cycle. Meanwhile, you can continue to use Total Mixology or Total Tiki Online until the current billing cycle expires. Once your subscription actually expires, your account still works, all your data is still there, intact, but the site will again be in “demo mode” with its many restrictions. You can reactivate your subscription at any time thereafter, should you wish to resume using the service.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Log into Total Mixology or Total Tiki Online and access the Account & Subscription page from the main menu, and then choose the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button to link to Stripe. Choose the Update Plan option. You can switch plans and billing cycles. Note that downgrading will not result in a prorated refund.
If I downgrade, will I lose my private recipes?
You will not lose your private recipes, but if you have more recipes than your plan provides for, you won’t be able to create new private recipes until you remove enough recipes to get beneath the threshold.
